By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Seller: every product listed on Qindeela is sold by Qindeela as the seller, even when it was made by an independent developer. No contractual or financial relationship exists between you and the developer through this site.

Licence: digital products are licensed to you, not sold. Each product's licence is stated on its page and defines what you may do with the files. Reselling, redistributing or sharing files outside the licence is prohibited.

Build phase: the store is currently being built and tested. No real payments take place, and any “demo order” is not a purchase and creates no obligation for any party. These terms will be updated before selling is enabled.

Accounts: you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done from your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

Prohibited content: the site may not be used to publish or request any content listed on the prohibited content page.

Changes: we may change these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and changes apply from the date they are published.
